New Content Management System Featuring Pages & Sites
The newest feature to OneCampus allows admins to create content Pages, similar to creating Tasks but now with a more straightforward definition page and a rich text editor to create any content desired.
Where did the Content Management checkbox go?
The current Content Management checkbox option in the Task Definition/Edit page is no longer there as the new Page feature has taken its place.
- If you had Content Management Tasks, they have been converted to a regular Task in your tenant
- The URL from Content Management Tasks will go to the Task Details Page as expected
Where can you find Sites and Pages?
Clicking on a content management tile on the main page of a OneCampus instance takes the user to the "Page Details Page." To create a new Site or Page, go here:
- Publishing, Content (below Task section), Pages, + New Page
- Publishing, Content (below Task section), Sites, + New Site
What is the difference between a Site and a Page?
- Sites are similar to "Task Centers" as they can contain several related pages
- Pages can be placed in any order and headings are available to categorize them further
- A Page does not send a user to a deep link elsewhere; instead, the endpoint is the Page Details Page containing all the content
How Sites and Pages will appear as "tiles" in OneCampus:

Password Restricted Content (Require Login to View)
Now it is possible to create a Task, Task Center, Page, or Site that requires a user to log in to view the content.
Where can I find the option to require users to log in to view content?
The option is located on the Edit page for each content type (Task, Task Center, Page, Site). Check the box when you want to require that users are logged in to view the tile.
What content can I require users to log in to view?
- Task
- Task Center
- Page
- Site
Can I put password-restricted tasks/task centers/sites pages in Pinned Sections?
Yes, you can put any of the above in a Pinned Section.
Why can't I see the password-restricted tile?
Please verify that you are logged in so that you can view the content. You will not be able to see tiles that require users to be logged in to view them at all unless you are logged in.
Please also be aware that tiles will not be visible when searching for it when you are in a category, or as a Campus Role.
Google Tag Manager Integration
Google Tag Manager is now available to use in OneCampus.
Where can I find the Google Tag Manager?
The Google Tag Manager is an Admin Setting located in Publishing under Advanced Settings Miscellaneous.
Selecting Roles Applies Without Leaving Dropdown
This feature allows users to choose the Role or Roles, and the Tasks appear without leaving the dropdown box.
What does this do?
Instead of waiting for a user to click outside of the Role Dropdown, enabling this feature shows tasks related to that Role instantly upon selection.
Where can I find this feature?
- Publishing, Advanced Settings, Miscellaneous “Apply Roles on Select”
Ability to Unlock Connector’s API Accounts from the API Account List
When an email is sent that the API Account is Locked due to too many login attempts, unlocking the account is easy. In the list of API accounts, click on the Action Button next to the Locked Account and choose “Unlock.”
Where can I find this feature?
Publishing, Advanced, Settings, API Account, and located here is the list of all of the API Accounts.
Task Center Activity Report Reveals Number of Favorites
A section listing how many times a Task Center is favorited is now available.
Where can I find the number of favorites for a Task Center?
The number of times a Task Center is favorited is located in the Task Activity Report.
CAP Alert Cancellation
This new feature provides the ability to "Cancel"/Remove a CAP alert after it is published through the APIs by setting the "msgType" to "Cancel" in the CAP request in either the Rave or Regroup systems.
Multiple Deletion and Deactivation of Reviews and Feedback
This is a feature that provides the ability to deactivate more than one review at a time. This feature also enables the deletion of more than one piece of feedback at a time.
How does this feature work?
1. Selecting checkboxes will cause a "Deactivate Selected Reviews" or
"Delete Selected Feedback" button to appear in the top left of the page
2. Click the button
3. View the pop-up, or modal that confirms the deactivation or
deletion of the selected items
Where can I find this feature?
The images below show what happens when one or more checkboxes are selected or clicked.
